Full Service Insurance Billing
Do you want to have your insurance billing fully managed for you? Portia offers multiple tier Full Service Insurance Billing to suit all sizes and support requirements. Full service billing and claims management rates range from 4% to 5%, dependant upon the level of support and function you wish to have us manage on your behalf.
All rendered sessions are pre-loaded with correct codes, and all required claim data; simply select the session(s) to claim and submit. All claims are scrubbed and verified prior to submission to insurance companies; errors and omissions are quickly caught and corrected before the claim leaves Portia.
You can expect weekly touch points with your Account Rep and monthly breakdowns, keeping you on top of your Accounts Receivable.
Portia will handle rounding rules, and enable billing managers to stay on top of denied claims.
Self Service Insurance Billing
Are you running a great in-house billing department and simply wish to to have an electronic claims submission platform? Portia enables the same level of control and data management for Self-Service Billing Clients as we do for our own billing managers for Full Service clients. Self Service Billing is a flat fee of $10 per client per month.
Our API is seamlessly integrated with the clearinghouse. As soon as an EOB is released, it will automatically update the claim data in Portia. Payments are reconciled, and reports are clear, meaningful and easy to understand. The way it should be.
